Phillip personally answered the phone, refreshing to talk to real person. He was very courteous and answered all my questions. Then came right out diagnosed the problem, replaced the parts and had us up and running in no time. Very prompt and efficient. Did not try to up sale me on more work than what was needed. I really think he can handle about any problem that would come up. Prices are fair and it’s nice to have that personal touch like the good old days. I will definitely recommend him to my friends and family.

Phillip has been taking care of our old heating and cooling system for at least 10 years. We are the only home in the neighborhood that has not had to replace their HVAC system and that is solely due to Phillip. No matter the time nor day, he comes as soon as we call. My husband is in ill health, Phillip understands that he cannot tolerate extreme heat or cold and he takes care of us ASAP. Also, he knows our limited budget and he is most reasonable.

Phil has done work for me several times over the past years. Recently he installed a new furnace while I was in Florida. He did a great job and the house was warm when I got home. He is always prompt and thorough when called for heating or cooling. I would definitely recommend Phillip’s Heating & Air to anyone needing furnace or air conditioning work done.
